FFA/AG stayed connected and engaged over the break! The greenhouse got a new irrigation system, squash that we are doing research on is blooming and setting fruit. The students are truly amazed that we can grow something that you can actually eat. The shop and barn were cleaned and hay feeders built. "It always seems impossible until it is done".
Had a lot of students hang back and take part in the pull up challenge!! We have a lot of strong students!!! I think there may be some future Marines at McLoud HS!
Great assembly today hosted by ASA Tour and Marines! Impactful message to our students! No Hate Tour, Stop Bullying, and Mental Health Awareness! Thankful for the message shared and our students being great at engaging in all things shared!
FFA Brewing Change! Being servants on a regular basis! Hosted a breakfast for our Veteran's, conducted the flag ceremony at Veteran's Day assembly, and worked at a community food bank in Shawnee!! Great things happening under Mr. Flower's leadership!
Dec 1-5 we will be NWEA testing! Each grade level will be testing for 2 mornings! 11th - Mon & Fri, 9th/10th - Tues/Thurs.
November Birthday luncheon, flannel day, and last day before break!! It was a great day together!
We ended the week with positivity! Teachers made positive phone calls home, gave out gratitude grams, and caught ya doing something good cards! For all those who participated and nominated students we had a drawing for AMC gift cards, along with a Chick-Fil-A card for students! It was a week of thankfulness!

Making the week a fun one with Underground Staff dress up days! Thiursday is a Hat day for students!! One more day of a fun dress up day for staff! Your student may have gotten a positive phone call home, a gratitude gram, or a Caught Ya doing Good card!! We are thankful for the continued good things our students do!!
