Intermediate students, teachers, and staff are having a blast showing off their favorite teams during Friendship/Bullying Prevention week.
Tomorrow is wear our Redskin gear because Redskins Stand Together Against Bullying.
Intermediate students kicked off Friendship/ Bullying Prevention week with a bang by wearing our favorite colors and spending time with others.
We are excited for DARE starting back up. Our 6th grade classes will be getting lessons from SRO Wilkerson for the next 10 weeks.
Intermediate parents, tonight and tomorrow during PT conferences we will have different resource tables set up for you to check out. Tonight we have the Pioneer Library and the Kickapoo Tribe Behavioral Health SYTI grant passing out resources. Please feel free to come check these out while you are here
4th grade had a blast creating globes with balloons in social studies. They are studying continents and hemispheres. They loved the hands on project.

Thank you so much Coach Winters and the JH/HS wrestling team for the amazing demonstration today. The kids were in awe of the practice and skills of your athletes. Many are looking forward to the camp next week.

Intermediate students and parents, we are excited about our events for next week. Next week is Friendship Week. We have dress up days encouraging students to learn more about each other and develop friendships. Students will be having daily discussions and challenges with their homeroom teachers about Bullying Prevention and friendship skills. Then, the week of 9/26-9/30 Mrs. Murdock will be in classrooms talking about our Word of the Month-Responsibility, and how it connects to Bullying and Bullying Prevention.
We can’t wait to show you all the wonderful things that we know will happen next week.
The Intermediate is so excited about our Focused and Flexible program kicking off today. We are thankful to be able to offer this program again. Thank you to the Kickapoo Tribe Preserving the Future Grant for partnering with Mrs. Murdock and the school to offer this program to students.
5th and 6th grade parents, attached is information on the 5th and 6th grade basketball program for this year. If your child is interested they need to contact Coach Lauren. Parent meeting will be held on September 27th @ 5:30. Tryouts will be held and then practices will start in October. Please Contact Coach Henry for questions.
