McLoud Junior High

McLoud Families,

McLoud Public Schools has been approached regarding a potential partnership to provide before and after school care for students in our district. As we explore this opportunity, we would like to better understand the needs and interest of our families.

This survey is intended to gather information about the number of families who made need before and/or after school care, the days and times care would be needed, and other factors that may help determine whether this type of program would be beneficial and feasible for our school community.

Completing this survey does not commit you or your family to participating in a future program. The information collected will be used solely to help the district assess the potential need and interest in before and after school care.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to provide your feedback and help us better understand the needs of McLoud Public Schools families.
